Far from impressed with the service I received today from here. I came in to enquire about two pairs of curtains to be dry cleaned, and Michelle unfortunately was extremely unhelpful ,disinterested and rude.This made me feel like an inconvenience with any questions I had to have my items cleaned. I decided at first to go ahead and pay for the dry cleaning, did my shopping and then came back later to request a refund due to how bad Michelle's attitude was. I personally think this should be addressed, and no longer will you be recieving my custom. Timpsons customer service leads by example and Michelle could possibly do with some training on how to speak to people.
