Went in today to ask nice guy behind the counter if he could help me with six really small screws on the bottom of my laptop. I had taken them out when I added some RAM to my machine, and promptly lost them. Needed these screws to secure the machine and make sure it didn't come undone. The guy behind the counter proceeded to grab two containers with a total of a few hundred screws of all shapes and sizes and found 5 (I found 1) that fit. Laptop secure! Very friendly and very helpful. Thank you. Not the biggest of deals, I know, but still very grateful. He took 5 minutes out of his day, and there were a few people waiting, and helped me. I asked if he wanted some cash for the time and the small screws and he just smiled and said, "Don't worry about it."
