Kam and his team are the absolute best, they look after a couple of my Leicester properties and do a superb job, always available on phone, never too busy for me at all.. they go above and beyond the call of duty. Payments are always made on time and nothing is too much trouble, as a landlord I highly recommend IPS to any other landlord who has property in Leicester, clearly the best agent in town.
