Just installed the landlord calender version in my holiday let and couldn't be happier. Way more versatile than the hive unit that I've replaced. Maximum thermostat temperature now set to 24 which wasn't possible with hive (guests previously set to 32 and controlled the temperature by opening windows!), best of all is the iCal synchronization which means both central heating and hot water are timed to come on a few hours before guests arrive automatically. Georgina at inspire very patient with my questions before buying and sorted out a minor problem after installation via a quick phone call. 5 stars all round from pinelakecarnforth.co.uk
