IGProperty have always been very helpful with any maintenance issues that we have reported. Whilst there have been some delays in busier periods (August-October, over Christmas, etc..) when we have had to chase them up, this is as we would expect. Their maintenance team have always been helpful and friendly when they have come round, and whenever I have spoken to the team at IGProperty on the phone they have been very polite and keen to deal with our issues. The issues that we have experienced are standard of an older student house in York (e.g.: issues with damp and general wear and tear). Whilst some of the issues we reported could have been sorted before we originally moved in, once reported IGProperty have always been quick to respond to us and deal with our reports. They seem to genuinely want to help us and improve the standard of living in the house, including supplying new furniture, redecorating, and sending out specialist contractors for specific issues. A big thank you to all the team!
