Possibly the worst estate agents ever - Howard Cundy Tonbridge. I purchased through them earlier this year. They didn't respond to any of my emails. I had to chase them for every stage. The sales progressing team are centralised and got some very personal details muddled up with another person in my chain. The property was left with a lot of furniture in it which we didn't want and had to get removed. They were unhelpful and reluctant to assist with anything to progress the sale - in fact I'm honestly surprised we managed to buy it through them. I found a delightful note from our vendor inside the house, which backed up even more that the agent were the ones that were inefficient and difficult. I hope never to deal with them again. It's a shame because the Tunbridge Wells branch (now closed I believe) used to be run with a lovely team.
