I have had a loft ladder fitted and the whole experience was excellent, from booking the appointment to having the ladder fitted. Jamie came quickly to give a quote and explain the process. Lewis came a week later to fit the ladder, he was polite and friendly, he cleaned up afterwards and demonstrated how to use the ladder. I am very happy as it is now much easier for me to get into my loft.
