Had a loft ladder fitted. Genuinely cannot rate Home Counties Loft Ladders highly enough. They did a fantastic job. Exceptionally professional and when we had an issue related to the order they were able to resolve quickly without fuss. In a world which often feels very automated with many companies putting profit ahead of service, HCLL are like a breath of fresh air. We are certainly going to get them to do our loft insulation later in the year.
