Professional, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Jaime clearly explained the options and costs when he visited to quote. The job itself (loft boarded, hatch opening extended and fitted with spring loaded door with attached extracting wooden ladder) was booked for a few days later. On the day, Charlie & Sam arrived promptly at 8am and worked tirelessly until the job was complete mid-afternoon. Accidental damage was caused but is being rectified by HCLL without fuss. I can highly recommend the services and finished product..
