Have just had a new loft hatch and ladder fitted by Home Counties. Arrangements were simple and the job was done in a matter of hours with no mess whatsoever left behind. Very pleased with the work and I feel confident that Home Counties would honour their 10 year guarantee, though I think it’s unlikely to be required. Based on our experience, I would recommend them.
