I would absolutely recommend Home Counties Loft Ladders to anyone interested, as your entire team has been faultless from start to finish. Communication was great throughout, I didn't have to wait long for the initial survey, and I was lucky enough to have the installation the next day too. The fitting team were friendly, informative, respectful of the property, worked efficiently and effectively, clearly enjoy their work and are very good at it too. The job was completed to an extremely high standard and there was no mess left whatsoever. A 10-year guarantee shows the confidence in the work and product. The office returned a missed call too, which makes a refreshing change. Thank you to everyone involved; I'm very pleased with it all.
