An excellent experience from initial contact to final installation. Communication from all, at every stage of the process, was professional and efficient throughout. At the quotation stage, Jamie discussed our needs, advised what was/wasn’t possible and provided a competitive quote which we were happy to accept. The install team of Tony and Harry arrived at the designated time, were respectful of our property, kept us informed of the process and answered our questions at all times, installed the loft ladder quickly and efficiently and left the area clean and tidy on completion. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Home Counties Loft Ladders.
