Very happy with the service we received from Home Counties Loft Ladders. There was a prompt response to my initial enquiry, with a surveyor coming to the house within a few days, and a quote provide by email the next day, and the work carried out very shortly after. The two workmen who installed the loft ladder arrived promptly, were tidy and respectful of the property and they worked steadily during the day while they were here. They gave a demo at the end of how it worked and we were happy with the quality of the construction and the work done.
