Oh my goodness! I was simply blown away by the kindness, understanding, service and the offer to expedite the job due to our circumstances. The team were simply the loveliest people I have come across in a long time. Daisy was super polite, delightful and understanding, taking care of our inquiry straight away. Time was taken to quickly assess the situation and offer very useful guidance. They did not try to sell me a product that I didn't need and they explained everything in a manner that I could easily understand. Adrian, called me the same day I placed my inquiry and went above and beyond to offer help and support us. To slot us in next day, was simply above and beyond. Brad, the fitter, was fabulous. He work efficiently, tidied up and even vacuumed my carpets, all whilst being super polite and offering minimal disruption. They say you only know of loft ladders when you need one, but I wish I had met this team earlier and would welcome them anytime, highly recommending them to anyone who would need a loft ladder. Truly a brilliant, hassle free experience with a high quality product! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
