We were very pleased with Home Counties Loft Ladders. They were very prompt, professional and polite. The consultations we had beforehand were very well done, and we received good professional advice on a loft ladder, top up insultation, boarding, electrics and moving the hatch. The contractors who came in were prompt, and did the job to a high standard in 5.5 hours, even though they had a whole day to do it. The loft space is very useful and accessible now that the work is done. I would highly recommend this company
