After recently moving to a new house we had a project to upgrade our boiler and rehaul the plumbing. As part of our quote Danny did a comprehensive review of our current system and suggested helpful add ons that we hadn't considered The actual quote was sent through a few days later and was clearly thought through and contained everything we had discussed. It was good value for money and we was able to book in within a reasonable time frame. The communication from Alison in the office was brilliant - we got a phone call to discuss our avilabilty and then an email confirming the appointment which takes the stress away from a big project Mike and Toby were great, their work was neat and tidy, they explained everything they were doing and gave us some useful tips on managing everything going forwards. We then got a follow up phone call to check in and make sure we was happy with the work done - which we definitely was. And all of our certificates of work were emailed through to us so we had everything we needed. We are really happy we chose HEH and won't hestitate to use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
