Gemma Rogers to the rescue! I had spoken to Gemma a couple of times in the early contact stages when we were looking at properties and she had always listened well, understood our needs and checked-in as regularly as she could to see how things were going for us. I spoke to Gemma today (15th August) and within 4 hours not only had she caught up with our situation (after having not spoken for a while), she remembered me and our needs, helped get us an update on the situation with the property, understood the offer we had put in and the flexibility we had on this and after a short discussion helped us to make the decision to update our offer. She then called back on two more occasions to give us updates after having spoken to the vendors and in turn gave us the great news that our offer had been accepted. This allowing us to proceed with our future plans for the sale of our flat. I've been on the phone several times over the weeks in the build up to today but Gemma made us feel heard, took on board our concerns and views, fed that forward to the vendor and in turn helped us get a positive result! We couldn’t have asked for more especially in such a short time frame! Thank you
