We just wanted to say a massive thank you to Patrick at Gibbins Richards. He pulled off what we see as a miracle, after a very long sale and buy with our buyers solicitors, he and our solicitor really couldn't of done anything more. They pulled out all the stops, nothing was too much. Patrick helped noend, keeping in contact almost everyday, pushing our buyers solicitors and the council at the last minute.
