We cannot thank Gibbens Richards enough, We were absolutely blessed with Laura as our estate agent, and could not have been happier with her. When I say absolutely perfect, I mean it. She was superb! Communication was outstanding, knowledge was accurate and clear, quoted times were pretty much to the day (experience really shines) and every step we were kept informed, questions were always answered and we were never left not knowing or not understanding. We would choose Laura as our estate agent again in a flash, she is absolutely brilliant. A true credit to her company and no doubt, a real asset for them. Customer satisfaction and value for money was above and beyond. She helped change our lives as the house sale meant massive moves forward in life for us.
