I called FTA Roofers to replace my roof on a gable end, the worked carried out was very good, good quality and the guys that did the work were very professional, especially at the moment during the Covid 19 situation, they socially distanced. My only critiscism, which I've discussed with the owner, was the communication, they would say they would be coming on a particular day, but didn't turn up, apparently this was due to them being let down by a supplier, but I felt they could have contacted me to let me know the situation. The end-to-end work was good, they provided the scaffolding, did the work and tidied up after themselves, taking away any rubbish, it was just let down by the customer service. I would recommend them, but would probably shop around if I need a roofer again myself.
