Fantastic service. Neither of my smoke alarms worked, two very polite gentleman came and replaced both of them free of charge. They turned up when they said they would, changed both alarms and checked they worked, no mess, and gave general advice on fire prevention. Thank you.

We're a vehicle accident repair centre based in North Weald, Essex, so smoke alarms are a little outside our skillset. It sounds like whoever helped you did a brilliant job, though.
