I am just writing to express my huge gratitude to a member of your team. I am sorry to say that I have forgotten his name, due to being a bit stressed at the time, but I'm hoping you will be able to work out who it was! (Possibly Adam?!) I was driving near to North Weald today when I got a very flat tyre. Your employee kindly gestured me to pull over, told me of the flat tyre (it would have been very dangerous to continue!) and checked I was okay. He then offered to put air in my tyre and then tried to fix it for me on the side of the road. Unfortunately he couldn't l, just because he didn't happen to have the right equipment with him, but he directed me to a nearby garage, and even followed me with his hazard lights on to the garage to ensure I got there safely. Just to give a little context, I am pregnant and had my two year old son with me, so you can imagine what a relief it was to have someone so very kind and helpful giving assistance!! I really really appreciate it and would love you to pass on my gratitude for me. So as for the character and integrity of the workers at this garage... I will recommend your company to all my family and friends who live nearby! Thank you.
