Appalling service- lack of accountability- extremely rude to say the least 620 pounds for made to measure curtains. Curtains too short despite the measurements being taken by the store person (7 cm shorter drop than our own). Refusing to apologise with very condescending attitude from a lady called Ruth. The store manager never apologised but offered some money for us to go and amend the curtains somewhere else. Of course declined. Will never lay a foot in that store again. SHOCKING
