I ordered two made to measure blinds both the same size, one duck egg blue the other Cosmo rock (grey). They arrived but the grey blind was damaged - I requested a replacement and assumed the damaged blind would be taken back when the replacement had been received - the replacement was the wrong colour! I requested another replacement. Although the paperwork proving I had received the wrong colour was attached to the blind I was basically accused of lying unless I took pictures of the blinds I had. On arguing the point with a person by the name of Mark I was refused a conversation with a manager and he discontinued the call - utterly disgraceful and the most obnoxious person I have ever had the misfortune to talk to - customer always right - that certainly doesn’t apply to DUNELM ONLINE - don’t bother with them - go to a professional store such as John Lewis - you might pay a bit more but i guarantee you will be treated as a customer should be - I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEIR ONLINE MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE AGAIN!!
