Two very poor experience rolled into one! We originally purchased roman made to measure blinds, the fitter came and measured up as expected and we waited for our fitting date. When the day of fitting arrived it was a completely different fitter who had no problem in telling us the old fitter had been fired because he was inexperienced (not what they told us in the shop). Roman blinds were fitted and guess what...THEY DIDN"T FIT. To add to the situation they had also taken no care and walked red brick into our new cream carpet!We went back to store to sort it out and this time picked Venetian blinds and Dunelm absorbed what they said was the additional cost for these and gave us a refund. Which we've since have confirmed by multiple sources in the trade are cheaper than Romans so it wasn't a refund at all!They came back to fit the second blind and AGAIN walked red brick into our carpet! As well as not fitting the blind correctly. We've been waiting 3 weeks for someone to resolve it but they aren't interested, they've taken our money and are ignoring us.We've had professional tradesmen view the blind and both have said its the worst job they've seen and would fire the fitter if they worked for them.Do not use this service! I'll be contacting trading standard and the local media to warn people not to use this service!
