Avoid SofasWorld and WorldStores and Dunelm - all part of the same company. I have had a month of sofa sagas - some of it linked to Arrow XL couriers, which may be the issue for other delivery complaints here too. BUT you have to chase them all to get a solution and I have tenacity and even I have given up some days with them. I thought the experience would be ok knowing that it could all go wrong from having read reviews, but I didn't appreciate how much could go wrong. First sofa from SofasWorld went missing (eventually found damaged by Arrow courier firm), replacement arrived but is different colour to that ordered. Second sofa ordered from Dunelm has wrong sizes for it shown on website and different colour. It is still the wrong measurements on website. Kept one sofa and sent one back, just returning an item is a trial. Some customer services staff were helpful when I got through but don't bother with e mails to Dunelm, they just send a reply saying they are busy and to phone them. One big mess of an organisation but we all get lured in because some things are cheap! More fool us.
