Spent £150 on two pairs of curtains and on the description tag on the shelf it said "Tie backs available online". Thought that was great so bought them, took them straight to an alteration company as the patio door curtains needed taking up then went home to order the matching tie backs. Couldn't find any online at all, just the matching cushions. Went back to the store (Bedford Branch) the following today to see if I was doing something wrong and they couldn't see them either. The girl at the haberdashery section giggled, I said it wasn't really funny and could I speak to a manager. He in turn said go get them back as they may not have started them and Informed him it was Sunday and they were shut. Got the impression he couldn't care less about all the comings and goings back and forth to Dunelm and the alteration company and when I asked "Are you going to accept them back if they have started them?".... He said no!!! Shocking company who couldn't even be bothered to check if another store had them!!
