I bought some custom made blinds from Dunelm & I have had a problem with one. The after sales service has been first rate. Paula has always returned my calls & dealt with the situation promptly. Kieran knows what he's doing, arrives promptly & is very courteous. Fantastic customer service from both of them. They are a credit to Dunelm.
