Do not order from Dunelm - shoddy customer service, no replies to complaints and severe lack of contact to update on status of delivery.I ordered a bed and mattress from them but was let down on the day of delivery by a text message. Took me many phone calls, emails and messenger messages to finally get an update five days after delivery was due that the bed was out stock. All this time they were still listing the bed for sale on their website.I then had to wait to get my money back due to lack of reply to messages. I never received the phone call back to take my complaint despite many requests asking for a call. I was however offered a £20 voucher as a goodwill gesture for my inconvenience nearly 2 weeks after the bed should have come. I have always rated Dunelm bedding and curtains etc but the poor service and lack of contact I received from them means they have lost another customer.
