Not good. Didn't find staff helpful. Ordered on line so much easier. Furthermore a member of staff was waiting in queue at caff when told customer was waiting for him downstairs. He said that he was waiting to pay for his lunch and would then go down. I waited 10 mins and he was behind me. Some customer service!!!!!!
