the dentist wanted me the see hygenist and was pushing me to do it i refuse. then after that they wanted me that i accept to make a denture (plastic one) i refused. i wanted a metal one they said the metal (because is very hygenic) one is not covered by NHS and they wanted to extract a teeth that can be saved. in my opinion they gave me a treatment plan that next week that they will extract my tooth after i used the antibiotic. The dentist gave me then the tooth was fine no pain just when i use cold or hot drink a little pain the day of the appointment the dentist was really upset that i do not want them to extract my tooth they said that they will have a look. they took the old permanent filling and put the temporary filling that they did not explain to me that i need to be careful when i eat because the tooth can break. after the dentist finish i went to the reception to make another appointment for next week 5 minutes later the filling was off and my tooth was painful i went back to see the dentist again spoke with the reception the staff was upset that i returned to see the dentist. they said you can wait nearly 2 hours waited until they finished with the 2 patients. the dentist said that they can not treat the tooth because inside is infected i have put just another temporary filling and i will send a letter to hospital with x ray and wait for them to write you if they accept to treat it in hospital it will take 12 weeks to get answer and my tooth is really painful. this dentist is forcing me to extract it not to treat it because they already decided that the tooth need to be extracted that means my old broken denture not usable any more then new plastic denture i am really upset i went to see this dentist because they do not treat people fairly because they have got free NHS dentist exemption. they want to push me to see a private hygenist and want me to extract other teeth for them to make another plastic denture i will never go back to see them again and i will never recommend this dentist.
