The house is really big, great for groups. Plenty of space in dining room but living room a little small for the capacity. 15 mins drive from Bournemouth. We stayed mid week and it was really good value and perfectly comfortable, no issues with hot water when multiple people showering or anything like that. Would recommend for groups but the only downside was they asked for a £25 per person cash deposit on arrival which was only returned to me 8 working days later via bank transfer.
