Do not book with deluxe homes. I booked a house with them via Home & Away. They have completely ignored all my emails and not refunded me my deposit despite the fact we left the house in a good state. Also, on the day they told me they had to switch houses (which was a bit annoying but not a huge issue) however the other house was 40% cheaper. I asked if I was eligible for a refund afterwards and they said my query was with the accounts department and have subsequently ignored all my emails and calls. Awful customer service
