We sold our property in Pwllheli at the end of November. We had been with another estate agent for a year, before changing to Dafydd Hardy. We accepted an offer on our property within a week of changing estate agents and Sue Morris mainly dealt with our sale from then on. Sue is very on the ball, luckily for us, as the sale did not turn out to be as straightforward as we were first led to believe. Thankfully though, Sue was always on the phone to the buyers to help push the sale forward. Thanks also to Carys and Dafydd, who called out to assess our property initially. We would not hesitate in recommending Dafydd Hardy who, in our book, are the only estate agent to deal with in North Wales. Brilliant!!
