After getting locked out on an evening - Simon was able to come over to get me into my flat within half an hour of contacting him. Sent through pics of the lock via WhatsApp to confirm a quote ahead of time. Friendly guy I immediately trusted, he got the job done quickly with all his knowledge and tools. Didn’t even have to change my locks! Worth the price to get me sorted and taken care of. Would recommend.
