I have attended cook stars at Gabalfa primary school with my niece. What a fantastic hands on experience to learn about healthy cooking. We made a mixture of fakeaways which is a great alternative to shop take aways at cheaper costs. My niece enjoyed trying new foods which she now likes. The children did all the chopping, peeling and measuring. We were given take home recipe cards so we can recreate the meals at home. Thanks so much for this experience.
