Absolutely delighted with the outcome of my recent carpet cleaning, the carpet looks brand new again following oil being walked onto carpet inadvertantly. Ian came and reassured me it could be dealt with, he arrived when he said and promptly gave me an appointment within the same week at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling Ian again, if only to do a refresh on the carpet and will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks again Ian.
