Excellent service from Nigel. A very thorough hoovering of the carpet before the low moisture dry fusion clean. Carpet was dry within 30 minutes of Nigel finishing. I was contemplating having a new carpet, but after the clean I will be keeping the carpet for many years. The carpet now seems to be a couple of shades lighter.
