Please be aware they are indeed rogue traders. Their communication is extremely poor and once they have got your money they don't want to know. They do very little for their commission and they never return your calls and trying to get your money back if something goes wrong is impossible. I am currently in the process of taking them to the property ombudsman. I will be taking legal action against them if the property Ombudsman does not do anything. You've been warned!!!
