We sold our house through Brian Cox (North Harrow office) recently, and couldn't have been happier with our choice of estate agent. It was clear from meeting with Paul that he knows the local market incredibly well. He also gave us hints and tips about preparing our house for sale which were far more useful than the few suggestions of others. The whole team went above and beyond in getting the listing ready, and managing the viewings (2 by Aaron within a day or so of listing, then an open day the first weekend, with back to back viewings). We had competing asking price offers within the first week. The process from offer acceptance to completion was brilliantly manged by Robert.
