HiI bought and paid for the small Fermo media unit from BoConcept in Edinburgh. I have now been told it has been discontinued and therefore unavailable. I asked for my money back and I was told that under BoConcept terms and conditions unless I changed my mind within 72 hours I would only be entitled to 65% of my money back. I asked how I was supposed to change my mind within 72 hours when it was infinitely more than that before they told me the furniture was unavailable. They then offered me the bigger unit which was available and they said they could work with me to make it fit - not sure how they were going to do that!! I was also offered a credit note which again I didn't want. Under the Law, when I bought and paid for the furinture we both entered into a legally binding Contract which imposes responsibility on both parties. BoConcept to supply the goods, and me to pay for the goods. I upheld my side of the Contract in that I paid in full in advance for the furniture. BoConcept did not uphold their side of the Contract in that they could not supply the item of furniture bought and paid for. Therefore BoConcept are in breach of Contract and as such, under the law, I should be entitled to be refunded the whole amount using the same method I used to pay for the furniture in the first instance within 14 days.No reply for them. So at the moment I seem to be the one losing out all around. No furniture, no full refund, no comment. I'm quite sad about it because the person I had been dealing with had been very nice initially.Lesley
