Title: ‘A nightmare: Belvoir managed property’ in Egremont. Your client Mr&Mrs Mason owe me £995 for the damage caused to my property next door.I made a number of complaints through their complaints procedure and this is what they done. Nothing.Summary of complaints.a) Damaged to my property with their poor maintenance. Costing me £995 to fix the damage. And their clients won’t pay.b) Poor vetting of tenants. All the neighbours are wary.c) Lack of monitoring and management of the properties they ‘care’ for.
