Title: ‘A nightmare: Belvoir managed property’ in Egremont. Your client Mr&Mrs Mason owe me £995 for the damage caused to my property next door.I made a number of complaints through their complaints procedure and this is what they done. Nothing.Summary of complaints.a) Damaged to my property with their poor maintenance. Costing me £995 to fix the damage. And their clients won’t pay.b) Poor vetting of tenants. All the neighbours are wary.c) Lack of monitoring and management of the properties they ‘care’ for. (Unable to sell my house due to disputes).d) No communications.# This is the email I received after using the Belvoir complaints procedure after years of complaints.Morning Mr McFadden, Thank you for your email, your comments are noted.
