I have been taking my son Alfie to sensory with Sophie since he was 5 weeks old and it has been the highlight of our weeks for many months. The themes are fun, there are always new activities and so many ideas on sensory play to do at home too. I have also made some lovely parent friends and we all enjoy going for a walk and coffee outside of class time. It has been such a lovely community as a first time mum.
