MJR Minimatt's have been Associated customers for a while now and just recently we decided to sign up for IT support as well. BEST DECISION EVER. Connor, Oliver and Fynn are the most patient, knowledgeable and professional IT techs EVER. No problem too big or small. Always a good chat, always the best solution, always exactly as described. And have to point out one of them (don't get me wrong, all of the team are amazing) - Fynn will go above and beyond to ensure the solution is the best for our business, he will ensure we fully understand how to work with new things implemented and in my honest opinion (I know he's just an apprentice at this point) - Associated telecoms IT team should do everything in their power to make sure Fynn is a part of the team even after his apprenticeship is finished - brightest, funniest, and most knowledgeable young man I have seen in my whole entire life.
