Whilst it took a long time for the Loss Adjustors to move the claim forward, Mark, our Loss Assessor, was diligent and proactive and kept us informed. He was always available and attended site multiple times to ensure things were going to plan with the reinstatement. We were grateful for his oversight at a stressful and challenging time. We would readily recommend Mark.
