I had shortlisted a select few franchise opportunities including Aspray, but the recruitment process set them apart and became a significant factor in my decision to become an Aspray franchisee. An Aspray franchise will not be the right fit for everyone. However, the excellent way the recruitment process is managed means it quickly becomes obvious to both parties if the partnership will work. The process was managed superbly well from beginning to end. Rebecca struck the perfect balance between professionalism to help me navigate the decision-making process, versus genuine empathy in recognition of the fact this is a huge decision for anyone to take.
