Excellent service from Andy, would highly recommend. My partner and I just purchased our first home, and we were anxious when our new neighbours warned us of a long term problem of rats in the loft, with most of the activity in winter. I went on the BPCA website and called Andy. I explained the issue and he said the most likey root cause could be bad drains or plumbing. Even from the first phone call I could tell he really knew his stuff. He was prompt in making a time to come assess the problem, and very thorough in his investigation of the property, all while patiently explaining everything. He found the entry route ( uncovered part of an outside drain and hole with access to wall cavity) and my dad was able to fix that over the weekend. He came back two weeks later for a follow up and I feel much more confident we should get to settle in to our new home without any uninvited rat visitors! Overall, excellent value for a professional and friendly service. We wouldn't have solved this without Andy's expertise. Thank you!
