I had my carpets and rug cleaned by Aquarinse. Initially I was unhappy with the end result so made contact with Ali who came to do the job. Paul then rang me to find out what the issue was and offered to come round at a suitable time that suited me and rectify it. He did and sorted it out and acknowledged the issue and knocked £30 from my bill. Credit to Paul and thank you.
