Andrew came to our rescue within an hour of phoning, and shorty after arriving we were set up with a shiny new functioning lock! No dramas, no fuss, and no 'ill be back in a few hours'...perfect! He was happy to have a little chat and was happy to talk me through other repairs I've had my eye on. I will be using AP Higgs again for sure! Highly recommended.
