Hi, I walked into Andrews last September with my wife and we viewed and made an offer on a 2 bed flat. We had just made an offer on another two bed flat advertised with another agent. We wanted both and you may think what on earth has been going on for 8 months. Well let's say everything and nothing. Without Trina's constant and willing help (including on the flat which was nothing to do with Andrews) these might have taken even longer. We have learned to our cost (and I really mean our cost) the names of two firms of solicitors NOT TO USE in this area, and but for our solicitor, Trina and our vendor all barnstorming the vendor's solicitor yesterday, I'm sure that this transaction would still be pending whilst he arranged lunch and another game of golf for the afternoon. This was not the first time that this solicitor had not done the doings as arranged. And he probably doesn't see anything wrong with behaving in this manner! But the sort of service which we have received from Andrews goes even further than the extra mile. We both felt that Trina shared our frustrations. The flat has now completed; everything was arranged some months ago. The tenancy agreement had been negotiated and signed and the tenancy started yesterday. The first month's rent has been collected and we have our first rental statement. So, one down, one to go. Andrews are off to the second flat today to take wonderful photos and we look forward to that one being let and a long future with Trina, Mark, Kirsty, Ellie and, no doubt,the others we've not yet met at and Andrew and Co
